Alliance Systems Unveils AdvancedTCA

Alliance Systems Ltd. has unveiled its fully-integrated AdvancedTCA platform for developing multimedia solutions, and has partnered with Dialogic Corp. on the effort, using Dialogic’s AdvancedTCA Multimedia Platform (MMP) blade.

Dialogic Multimedia Platform for AdvancedTCA can be used to deliver applications such as multimedia mail, video portals, color ringback tones, unified messaging and audio conferencing over IP and PSTN interfaces. It can be deployed in the wireline or 3G wireless networks, using standard protocols for session and media control.

Alliance Systems also is providing a validated AdvancedTCA starter platform. Components of the starter platform include Alliance Systems A-3000 3U, A-5000 5U, or A-14000 14U AdvancedTCA platform depending on customer requirements; Dialogic AdvancedTCA MMP Blade with AMC and Rear Transition Module (RTM); runtime software for 500 voice and 250 multimedia transactions; and a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Basic Subscription
