TEOCO Demonstrates Products for Cable Industry

TEOCO Corp. is demonstrating its network cost management, revenue assurance and business intelligence platforms to the cable industry this week at The Cable Show in Las Vegas.

TEOCO partners with global cable operators to provide solutions that automate communications expense processing from invoice receipt through auditing, claim management and resolution, according to the company.

The company’s wholesale usage auditing capability allows cable companies to load all invoice data from wireless and wireline partners and utilize data warehouse technology to perform in-depth auditing and quick queries to identify billing anomalies. The platform is available in terabyte increments to address cable providers' current wireless usage volumes and can scale as operations grow.

The company’s cost and revenue management software applications – including BillTrak Pro, ViewLogic, XTrak and Claim Center – help cable providers reduce costs, improve efficiency and achieve regulatory compliance, said TEOCO.
