Yahoo! Beats Google in T-Mobile Search Deal

Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) finally got some good news after weeks of hard knocks.

The Internet search engine on Thursday landed a prime deal to supply the search technology for T-Mobile’s new G1 smartphone.

Ironically, the phone runs on Google Inc.’s (GOOG) Android operating system.
