Why Consumers Love Apple

Its music service is the most popular and its phone is trendy. Now, its computers appear to be too.

Apple (AAPL) easily outdistanced its computer-making competitors in a recent customer satisfaction survey from the University of Michigan.

Complaints about Microsoft’s (MSFT) Vista operating system (that comes standard on most of Apple’s PC competitors) may be one reason for the surge in popularity for the company's computer line.
