Switching/Routing Equipment Sales Grow 23 Percent

Those who sell switching and routing equipment have reason to do some high-fiving.

A new report says sales of the global service provider technology grew significantly in the second quarter of 2008, up 23 percent from a year ago. Ovum, a global advisory and consulting firm, did the analysis.

Total sales were $3.4 billion between April 1 and June 30.
