02/02/2010
Flow, the largest cable television service provider in Grenada, is upgrading its broadband and voice-over-IP back office solutions using Sigma Systems’ Service Activation Manager and Device Provisioning Manager.
Flow will also use Sigma's Device Provisioning Manager to auto-configure and provision residential end-user devices, including SIP devices.
John Reid, president and chief operating officer of Flow in Grenada, said the company is upgrading to Sigma Systems' Service Management Portfolio to ensure delivery of next-generation services to its subscribers. Flow is the brand of Columbus Communications (Grenada) Limited. The company is wholly owned by the international telecommunications company, Columbus Communications Inc., a leader in broadband network construction and in the provision of telecommunications services in the Caribbean and Central America.
The overall Sigma Systems' Service Management Portfolio enables the provisioning, delivery and management of integrated offerings, including TV, VoIP, broadband and mobile services; plus triple-play and quad-play. The company has deployed at next-generation operators such as Bell Aliant, Cox, Rogers, TELUS, YouSee and ZON Multimedia.
