Version 4.0 Brings BEA Technology into the Fold

Oracle has come out with a new core application server that consolidates its own technology in this space with that of its recent acquisition BEA Systems. The solution employs Java, offers the functionality of a SIP application server and has the ability to interface with multiple networks.
