Google, MSFT and Moto Lobby FCC on White Space

”Come on, man, give us the white space!” That’s what Google Inc., Microsoft Corp. and Motorola Inc. are saying to FCC Chair Kevin Martin.

There’s been ongoing controversy when it comes to auctioning off so-called “white space” spectrum, which are the airwaves that sit next to T-Mobile USA’s 3G network. Opponents claim using those airwaves would interfere with signaling from existing networks.
