Financial Crisis Could Devastate Vonage

The biggest financial crisis the U.S. has seen in many years could mean the end of Vonage.

The VoIP pioneer thought it had $253 million dollars in loans secured to shore up its debt, but they haven’t closed yet. The loans are due in mid-December. If Vonage can’t pay them off, bankruptcy may loom.
