FCC’s Martin Prepared to Fine Cable Operators

We’d be willing to bet cable operators are more ready than anyone else to see FCC Chairman Kevin Martin leave office.

Martin notoriously has singled out the cable providers during his tenure, prompting many a complaint about unfairness. Now he’s threatening to fine operators that he says didn’t provide enough pricing information in a recently launched investigation.

Comcast Corp.(CMCSA appears to be at the top of the hit list.
