Cox Is Head of the Class for Customer Satisfaction

Cox Communications has topped the J.D. Power and Associates’ Residential Regional Telephone Customer Satisfaction Study for the sixth straight year. The study measures customer satisfaction with both local and long-distance service among eight major providers in the West.
