ATLANTIC-ACM Names 2008 Metro Carrier Excellence Winners

ATLANTIC-ACM presented its Metro Carrier Excellence Awards on Monday to a handful of standout carriers. The winners were determined from the results of ATLANTIC-ACM's 2008 Metro Wholesale Report Card, which invites wholesale customers to evaluate the performance of their incumbent and competitive local carriers. The winners are:

AT&T Inc.: Wholesale Incumbent Brand, Network, Voice Value, Data Value

EMBARQ: Wholesale Incumbent Sales Reps, Provisioning, Customer Service

Qwest Communications International Inc.: Wholesale Incumbent Network, Billing

PAETEC Communications: Wholesale Competitor Brand, Billing

FPL FiberNet: Wholesale Competitor Sales Reps, Provisioning, Customer Service

RCN Corp.: Wholesale Competitor Network, Data Value

XO Communications: Wholesale Competitor Voice Value
