Telecommunications providers and suppliers attending the COMPTEL PLUS Convention & Expo in Dallas this week got a sneak peak at the SAMSUNG Ubigate iBG 1003, the newest addition to the SAMSUNG Ubigate iBG series of convergence platforms. The Ubigate iBG 1003 combines a high density of analog ports with support for up to eight T1s of WAN access to provide businesses with cost-effective and scalable voice/data convergence. The SAMSUNG Ubigate iBG 1003 replaces many special-purpose network devices and combines them within an agile and efficient network infrastructure. With full routing capabilities, SIP gateway functionality, enterprise-class switching capacity, VoIP, integrated security, and support for both analog and IP phones, the Ubigate iBG 1003 offers true enterprise-level voice/data convergence with a wide range of QoS and SLA monitoring features.
