Broadcom Again Sues Qualcomm Over Patents

Telco chip maker Broadcom Corp. (BRCM) has filed another complaint against rival Qualcomm (QCOM). The new lawsuit claims Qualcomm’s sales and licensing practices equate to “patent misuse.”

Just last month, an appeals court upheld a 2007 verdict that determined Qualcomm violated two Broadcom patents.
