Apple Sued Over iPhone Again

Apple Inc. has been slapped with a lawsuit for patent infringement.

EMG Technology LLC is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction over what it says is infringement of its patent for mobile browsing, which covers zooming, scrolling and reformatting of content.

EMG so far is not suing HTC or RIM, which use technology similar to Apple’s.

Apple has faced a series of iPhone lawsuits this year already.
