Android Platform May Soon Launch for T-Mobile

The best-known androids may be C-3PO and R2-D2 of Star Wars fame. But a different kind of Android is making headlines for T-Mobile.

This one is a platform that will run on the company’s network in the U.S. as early as October. HTC is launching the first commercially available smartphone using this technology.
