Andrew Krieg Out as President and CEO of WCA
08/12/2008
After 15 years as President and CEO of Wireless Communications Association International (WCA), Andrew Krieg is stepping down. He plans to pursue opportunities in commentary and strategic consulting. That includes a position with a research affiliate at the National Center for Technology and Law on the campus of George Mason University. “We thank Andrew for his leadership in transforming WCA from its early role as the ‘Wireless Cable’ association to the premier wireless broadband association in the country,” said Hank Hultquist vice president, Federal Regulatory for AT&T and a member of WCA’s Board of Directors. Fred Campbell, a former wireless bureau chief at the FCC, will take over in the interim while the WCA looks for a permanent replacement. Related Articles Martin Names New Wireless Legal Advisor
