ADVA Names New CFO

ADVA Optical Networking has named Jaswir Singh chief financial officer. He replaces Andreas Rutsch, who had been CFO at ADVA since 1999 and is taking a similar position at another company.

Singh will begin his duties Wednesday.

He will take over global responsibility for all finance, accounting, controlling, legal and commercial affairs, IT, investor relations and support for M&A activities, the company said.

Singh has more than 20 years of international experience in senior management and CFO roles. He most recently was CFO and held other senior business management positions at Nokia Inc.
