Amdocs Completes Cramer Acquisition

Less than a month after its intentions were announced, billing and customer care vendor Amdocs Ltd. has completed its $375 million acquisition of Cramer Systems Group Ltd. Amdocs has acquired all of the inventory and service fulfillment provider's shares of capital stock.

The combined Amdocs-Cramer solution integrates OSS systems with billing, CRM and other front-office applications.
