PAETEC Helps New York City Manage Telecom Spending

The City of New York has contracted PAETEC Software Corp. to provide software, professional services and maintenance through its PINNACLE Communications Management service division.

The five-year agreement is worth more than $2.8 million. The city purchased licenses for PINNACLE’s Cost Manager, Operations Manager and Invoice Manager modules. PAETEC also will provide professional, engineering, consultative and training services to the city.

PINNACLE is telecom expense management software that helps organizations manage spending and ensure accurate carrier billing.
