NGT Starts Online VoIP Series for Providers

Wholesale hosted VoIP provider New Global Telecom (NGT) this week started its online Strategic Market, Acquisition & Retention Techniques (S.M.A.R.T. VoIP) series, which shows service providers how to gain SMB market share.

The series addresses three topic areas: market assessment, acquisition of SMB end-users and customer retention. It is part of the company’s previous planning guide, “10 Critical Questions to Ask before Launching into VoIP,” which was created in 2005 for service providers looking to offer VoIP.

The first volume is available for download from NGT’s Web site.
