OSG Billing Services Handles DSCI’s Direct Billing

OSG Billing Services today announced an agreement to manage invoice presentment and distribution services for Lexington, Mass.-based DSCI Corp., a regional communications provider for commercial, nonprofit and government organizations.

DSCI turned to OSG Billing Services for new invoice design capabilities as well as print and mail services. DSCI provides a custom-fit solution for individual businesses requiring an invoicing environment that has expanded capabilities and a more automated workflow.

DSCI also will utilize the OSG ViewSM product, which allows customer service personnel to retrieve instant, online PDF views of invoices, exactly as customers receive them. This product helps to bolster customer relationships by providing quick, accurate answers to their inquiries.
