Pac-West Closes Sale of Business Accounts to TelePacific

Pac-West Telecomm Inc. has sold its base of enterprise accounts to TelePacific Communications.

TelePacific completed the acquisition of about 2,500 small and medium enterprise accounts in California and Nevada for approximately $27 million.

TelePacific said the acquisition has allowed the company to expand into California’s Central Valley, including: Bakersfield, Chico, Fresno, Modesto, Sacramento and Stockton.

No network assets were included in the sale, according to Pac-West.
