MegaPath Picks OnFiber

OnFiber Communications is providing MegaPath Networks Inc., a provider of secure access and managed network solutions, with metro optical Ethernet services to extend its network.

"MegaPath uses a variety of access technologies from a wide array of regional and national network suppliers to continue to extend our national IP access and network backbone. We use the OnFiber metro Ethernet solution in many locations because it makes accessing and expanding bandwidth as easy as turning on a light," says Steve Guastella, MegaPath's vice president of engineering and technology. "OnFiber services perform for us -- they enable us to quickly and seamlessly add bandwidth to support our rapid growth."

Extending MegaPath's network capabilities, the OnFiber Ethernet service is a dedicated solution for interconnecting traffic aggregation points within the Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., metropolitan areas.
