Juniper Delivers New T320 Router

07/30/2002

Juniper Networks Inc. today announced the latest addition to the T-series routing family, the Juniper Networks T320 Router.

The 320gbps platform offers a cost-effective path to dense 10gbps interface capacities, according to the company. T-series benefits include dependable delivery of rich services, the ability to scale bandwidth without service disruption, industry leading interface densities, and unparalleled asset longevity, according to the company.

The T320 router leverages the same JUNOS software that is common across all Juniper Networks M- and T-series platforms. This ensures network service providers migrating ATM and frame relay traffic to MPLS transport are able to do so smoothly and seamlessly without disruption to customer applications, according to the company.

Korea Internet Data Center (KIDC) has used the T320 router in a network trial.
