Endeavor Announces Turnkey, Flat-Rate Hosted PBX Installation Program

Endeavor Telecom recently announced a turnkey, flat-rate installation program for hosted PBX VoIP systems. The company is working with several carriers and VoIP service providers to install hosted PBX platforms for SMBs in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Endeavor’s white-label installation services are provided as an extension to service providers’ internal operations teams. Endeavor technicians physically install the customer premise equipment, and can install additional inside wiring and structured cabling. The company also configures each new phone by assigning the appropriate phone number and feature set from its fulfillment center in Atlanta. All hardware, including network traffic-shaping appliances are shipped to the customer site, where Endeavor’s field engineers segment the corporate LAN, install the network management and QoS technologies, test each phone and ensure that each user is satisfied.
