Martin Group Acquires Enhanced Services Software Assets from CopperCom

BSS/OSS software solution provider Martin Group announced at the COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2008 show this week that it closed the previously announced acquisition of enhanced services software from CopperCom.

The acquisition includes SwitchMaxx and VoiceMaxx as well as a number of software products that have not yet been released to the public.

Martin Group will leverage the acquired technology in combination with Martin Group’s OSS product, OASIS, and its BSS offering, OMNIA, as the foundation for an enhanced services platform enabling communications providers to provide next-generation products and services, said the company.
