Carmel Releases New TELEPRO Sales Tool

Carmel Solutions Inc. released TELEPRO-Plus II, the sales and marketing management component of its TELEPRO suite of telecom management software. TELEPRO-Plus II, a standalone product operating with Windows, enables sales agencies and salespeople to manage and analyze their sales prospects and existing customers. It fully integrates with the entire TELEPRO suite through data imports and exports. The latest versions of TELEPRO, TELEPRO-Client and TELEPRO-Equip also will be released this December. This newest 5.0 release will feature a new, easy-to-use Windows user interface. The TELEPRO suite is a multi-user software for telecom agent, reseller and carrier organizations that need anywhere from four to 400 concurrent users, and runs under the UNIX/LINUX operating system. Carmel Solutions' TELEPRO product line performs subscriber-reseller order processing and provisioning; subscriber management; retail and wholesale rate management; call collection and rating; invoicing and billing; accounts receivable; credit and collections; cash management; equipment and retail point of sale billing; and trouble-ticket management, service dispatching and customer care. "The new graphical user interface [of TELEPRO-Plus II], makes even better what we feel is the premiere telecom back-office management system on the market today," said James Hansen, president of Carmel.
