Broadsoft, Microsoft Team on Hosted UC

BroadSoft has developed hosted unified communications services for businesses, based on Microsoft Corp. software.

Thanks to an integration between the Microsoft Solution for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration version 4.5 and BroadSoft's BroadWorks platform, carriers can tie in business software-like sales management or enterprise resource planning with regular UC features like IM and presence.
