DCA, ACES Announce Revenue Assurance Partnership

Back-office solutions provider DCA Services Inc. announced this week at the COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2008 show it has partnered with Access Cost Engineering Systems (ACES) to offer revenue assurance opportunities from carrier invoice to end-user retail bill reconciliation. “Customers can achieve dramatic cost savings,” said ACES President Steve VanValin. “Our system provides improved reporting of all costs and expenses.” ACES software receives and processes electronic CABS and SECABS invoices, automatically creates previous month’s manual invoices, and automates accounts payable and general ledger coding. These services help reduce man hours, improve management reporting accuracy and enable complex allocations, said DCA. ACES also performs invoice details validation, network optimization and cost management. These services are combined with DCA’s back-office solutions, which support all aspects of wireline, wireless and VoIP operations, including customer acquisition, provisioning, call center, customer care, billing, print and mail, payments and lock box processing.
